RECENT NEWS
Since being selected from an RFQ, KAI has begun FEMA damage assessments of this Lake Charles non-profit property. Whether it develops into new construction or renovations to the existing facility, LOM will have a new church home.
PINEDEROSA PARK RECREATION COMPLEX
Construction is set to begin within the next few weeks for the comprehensive additions and renovations to Pinderosa Park in Westlake, Louisiana. There will be an aquatic complex, renovations to existing facilities and new playground equipment.
NATIONAL GOLF CLUB OF LOUISIANA CLUBHOUSE
Miller & Associates Development Co., Inc has completed the construction phase of this project. The Clubhouse and the Max are now open for business.
LIFE CHRISTIAN ACADEMY EDUCATIONAL FACILITY
KAI has completed the Construction Documents Phase on this substantial project. It will be a 2-story building with over 70,000 square feet, located in Carlyss, Louisiana.

CALCASIEU PARISH SCHOOL BOARD
SCHOOL DISTRICT #23-BOND ISSUE
It's been twelve years since the last bond issue for the Westlake schools. Over the course of the next three years, the four schools will receive the much needed additions and renovations to the four facilities - Westlake High School, SP Arnett Middle School, Western Heights Elementary and Westwood Elementary.
