After Hurricane Rita, it became extremely apparent that an emergency response facility was needed in Westlake, Louisiana. So, with the help of the State of Louisiana, the City of Westlake was able to put together funds for the project. Westlake now has a superior 5,674 square foot law enforcement and emergency response facility that is unlike any other.
